"Hajj and Umrah" Saudi Arabia to transfer the detainees at the offices of pilgrims Algeria for discipline
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah referred a group of detainees, including some specialists in the service offices of the Algerian pilgrims to the disciplinary council, in preparation for their trial and the implementation of the legal procedures against them on the background of their breach of contracts concluded between them and some pilgrims.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah confirmed that it will apply the maximum penalties to institutions that prove to be violated in service contracts between them and pilgrims, which range from major financial penalties to the deprivation of the profession of rafting.
The Disciplinary Board of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah includes representatives of the Ministry of the Interior and the General Investigation and Performance Commission (the Public Prosecution). The Council is competent to hear disciplinary cases in violation of the rules of the profession stipulated in the General Regulations and the decisions and instructions issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
